The
Niagara Parks Commission has a long and rich history of distinction
through its Botanical Gardens and School of Horticulture.
As the gardens have become a destination to an ever-increasing
numbers of visitors, parking demands have similarly increased
throughout the facilities of the Parks Commission. The previous
parking lots did little to reinforce the botanical reputation
of the gardens.
